Buyer reviewTami Hicks was extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process. When we first met I was just in the information gathering stages of what it takes to buy a home and she answered all my questions and as we started looking at houses and making an offer she explained everything very concisely so I always knew what was going on. I would highly recommend her to everyone I know, whether you're looking for your first house or your tenth.

Seller reviewWe have worked with Tami in the past. She has a lot of experience, listens to what we need/want and is understanding and smart. Our sale was hard. It had a lot of complex details and was pending and failed because of the buyers financing. We had several offers and it was a really stressful situation but we trusted Tami with the sale and we would trust her again. Tami does a great job. We are hard clients and expect a lot but she was patient, kind, and respectful. Tami's assistant always goes above and beyond as well as the other office staff. It was a very stressful sale but it wasn't because of our side. Tami handled the ups and downs of the transaction well and our brokers were there to give her advice when it was needed.
