She sent late-night follow up response and was on top of everything, start to the completion of closing. Seller reviewTamera was on the job from my first phone call to the office. She had info & things to share with me hours after our first speaking on the phone when she met me to toured my home & property. She was excited to help me sell my home which made it a much more fun experience since the house had been in my family for 25 plus years. Her photographer did a great job with the inside and exterior photos. She even had potential buyers before we officially listed! The whole experience went great and fast! I sold my house from listing date to closing in 8 days. BTW, there was Christmas during the middle of that time! Wow! I have referred my friend, who has a lake house in Granbury that he wants to sale. No better way to prove she did good than a referral!
