Seller reviewWe reached out to several different brokers and Tammy and Century 21 were pretty much the only people who seemed to have time to accommodate our needs. Tammy always answered our calls no matter the time. She seemed to be available at all times and that's what we needed at times. And we appreciated that. When we bought the property, we knew we we're gonna have to invest time and money into it. We reached out to Tammy Evans to get her advice on what would be the best way to update and bring value to a house built in 1951. Boy did she deliver! She helped us with cost effective, but quality ideas that would make our house feel like home. Needless to say, Tammy and Century 21 will be our go to broker moving forward and we appreciate the hard consistent work

Buyer reviewTammy worked for several weeks keeping an eye out for a property we would like. When the day came to actually start searching in person, she had an itinerary of several we had chosen from looking at Zillow along with some she thought we would like. Through the course of the day, our situation changed a couple of times and she was on top of seeing that we continued to have a smooth flow to the process. When we discussed the Rare Earth Drive location before actually seeing it she found out that the seller was extremely motivated and was able to suggest an offer well below the asking price which was accepted. Since closing, she has continued to help with finding house cleaners to go over the house before we move in. Tammy's work, even through a serious illness, has been of the highest quality.
