The house next door to my house came up for sale by her office. I was not able to buy it, but she showed me a couple others and I picked one that I really liked. I have no problems at all, she really knows what to do.

Tammy was a tremendous help throughout the process of locating and purchasing our new home. She accommodated my work schedule, often showing my daughter and I properties after "normal" business hours. Once we located the home we wanted, we were not in a position to purchase the property right away. Tammy was instrumental in working with the listing agent and owner to negotiate a rental agreement. Throughout the rental period, Tammy often checked in to see how everything was going. Anytime I needed to talk to Tammy or had a question, she was very accessible and willing to help. During the purchasing process, Tammy was very helpful in working with the lender and I to ensure everything went smoothly and hassle-free. I would highly recommend Tammy to my friends and family.

Tammy is very knowledgeable of the "ins and outs" of real estate marketing. She is a very outgoing, high energy, hard working broker. She offered me expert advice and guidance throughout the process of selling my house in the Camden market.
