Buyer reviewTana was always available by phone, text, or email. She knows the real-estate business and explained each step of the procedures that I needed to complete toward owning my new home. Because I lived in Florida, she made videos of various homes I was interested in. In addition, I came to Oklahoma and she drove 45 miles one way to show me the home I was interested in, and again in order to meet the inspector, and again after I went back to Florida, to check on things for me. The day of closing she again drove 45 miles one way and through pouring rain to do my walk through, because I couldn't be there. She was there at the closing to represent me in my absence. She also communicated everything to me after the closing and kept my keys as I requested. Couldn't ask for a better realtor for long distance transactions!
