Felt like I was the only client he was working. First time selling a house and for an elderly parent and 900 miles away, truly impressed with the lack of issues or any problems. Seller reviewEven though our property was below average in terms of the average sales price, my wife and I felt like Ted treated us as good as any of his other clients, seemed understanding of our needs, and kept us constantly up-to-date with regard to every aspect of our sale, even when the closing was slower and delayed due to our buyer having an issue selling their property.
