Teresa was great at helping find houses that fit what I was looking for. During a time when good houses were selling fast, she quickly set up times where I could view them before they sold. As a first time home buyer I thought she was extremely helpful in explaining each step of the home buying process. I was also grateful for her knowledge about homes in general, she was very good at pointing things out details inside houses that I otherwise would not have noticed. Highly recommend!

The first time I spoke with Teresa Ketchell I know that she understood me and what we were looking for. I could tell that she was going to do everything she could to help us get into the house we needed. I'm so appreciative of all of the hard work it took to get us to that closing day! Teresa was great with my purchase of recreational property. I found the property in Ohio on Zillow and lived in NJ. The sellers agent would not return my calls so I found Teresa on Zillow. She responded quickly and before long I was under contract and on my way to Ohio to check out the property which was 92 acres. When I arrived I was surprised to see that she was wearing boots and ready to walk the property with me. Other agents I have used have sat in their vehicles and told me to walk the property myself. After a very long hike I knew I wanted the property and she was able to negotiate the price down a bit more which was great. The rest of the process to closing was very smooth and she was always available for questions and frequently checked in to see how things were going. I would highly recommend Teresa to anyone looking to purchase a home or property in the area.
