Teresa Knowles brings over three decades of experience, dedication, and results-driven service to the real estate industry in Rockingham and Caswell Counties. A native of Caswell County, Teresa moved to Rockingham County in 1977 and graduated from Reidsville Senior High School in 1978. Before launching her real estate career, she worked at the Burlington Industries Textile Plant, where she developed a strong work ethic and deep ties to the local community.
Teresa earned her real estate license in 1986 after graduating from Dan Mohr Real Estate School in Greensboro, NC. She continued her education by completing the REALTORS® Institute (GRI) program in 1989 in Chapel Hill, NC. Dedicated to staying current in an ever-evolving market, Teresa has earned multiple industry designations, including:

Seller reviewBeing the executor of your parent's estate is very stressful. Teresa took all the stress away better than the competition could possibly do. I am a very experienced retired real estate broker who lives an hour away from my father's home and needed the best advice and service possible. We had to liquidate personal property, remove trash, repair, improve and bring up to market standards the house and Teresa did all that. In searching for a company, Mark Spain's price was in the 220,000 range and Teresa sold the home for 284,900 with only about 9,000 in updating and a little more in repairs. The clear choice for me to market and make sure the home closes on time is Teresa Knowles. I retired 20 years ago with over 5,000 sold properties in the Raleigh metro area. I know who is the best! Without all the stress, Teresa Knowles Team is the Best!
