Seller reviewWorking with Terri was nothing short of exceptional. She guided us through both buying our dream home and selling my childhood home. Two very emotional and important milestones. She handled every step with genuine caring, professionalism, and expertise. She didn't just sell my house, she found a family who would truly cherish it, which was really important to me. The process was so fast and smooth a "FOR SALE" sign never even made it into the yard before it was sold! Terri made sure every detail was right while patiently and methodically guiding us through every step from the moment we decided to sell to the moment the new owners got the keys. Her communication, market knowledge and instincts are unmatched. We couldn't be more grateful.

Buyer reviewAs a first-time homebuyers with no prior knowledge on the process of buying a home, Terri was the perfect realtor! She was a great communicator and walked us through every detail, every step of the way. When it came to looking at houses, she explained to us all of the different factors that could be important given what we were looking for without selling us on any particular home. During our buying process we had gotten married and gone on a honeymoon and Terri was beyond patient and willing to work around our busy schedule. We cannot recommend Terri enough to anyone looking to buy a home!

Buyer reviewTerri O'Brien was great at getting showings, negotiated two separate deals (one fell apart when major issues were uncovered in inspection -- and Terri was masterful at guiding me through that process), and ensured that everything went smoothly by communicating regularly with all parties for the actual purchase (seller, mortgage company, title company, me, and anyone else). Noteworthy: she managed two offers on my behalf while on vacation -- which I swore I wouldn't interrupt. But the market was moving fast. She deftly managed the offers and communicated well. She did a great job of helping me understand the market conditions and the process because it had been a while since I'd bought a house. In short, she's amazing. She was absolutely right about everything -- I DID find the house of my dreams and didn't have to settle. Having a great agent makes a HUGE difference!

Seller reviewTerri O'Brien is amazing. And proof that all agents are not created equal. Terri puts so much more energy and effort into selling than any other agent I've ever encountered. She is available 24/7, she understands the market, she knows what to play up in your house to make it sell (which owners are often blind to), she goes the extra mile to market your property, and she just generally does everything right. We had two offers within the first two days of the listing. That means she priced it right, marketed it well (including professional photography, which makes a world of difference), and staged it perfectly. Her good communication with the buyer ensured that everything went smoothly through closing. At the beginning of the process, Terri gave me a list of things to do. I completed 98% of those things, and it all paid off. Hire Terri. And follow her guidance. It pays off. She's truly the best.
