Our home was listed on a Saturday afternoon. The following Tuesday we had two offers over asking price. Terry Riel is the reason why. She was present at every showing to ensure our property was respected. She made herself available to us at a moment's notice. Our experience was so much better then we could have ever hoped for. We met with multiple agents. One agent was very adamant that we list our property for $100k, and be prepared to sell for $80K. After meeting with Terry, we decided to list our home at $170k....and received a full price offer within a week of listing. Without Terry's knowledge of our area, her skills in helping us estimate the sale price, and her knowledge of the market, I would have missed out on $70k to possibly $90k. She's outstanding. We sold my childhood home, which was extremely emotional for us. Our son is also dealing with some serious health issues. Terry was relaxed, confident when I wasn't, and was a center for us during the storm of selling our home. I always felt that she was on my side, rooting for us, and that she gave us honest advice and guidance, while at the same time making sure that we knew we were in charge of the process. She advocated for us to make decisions based on what we felt was right and important for our family. I will never use another agent - Terry is that exceptional.

Terry kept me updated through emails and, when necessary, phone calls. Very good realtor. We probably settled for less than we thought the property was worth, but that's not Terry's fault. We were just eager to sell.

Terry was excellent to work with at all times through a long and frustrating process of multiple P&S agreements, inspections, and contingencies that didn't go through. Terry stuck with it and us and got the house sold!

Terry definitely demonstrated why she was broker of the year. She was patient with us as we cleaned up the property for the sale, and provided great advice. When we posted it, the price was competitive based on her recommendations and we actually got over the list price. She was always available for our questions and although she had probably heard them all before, she made time to explain things clearly. I'd highly recommend Terry to anyone that is selling property, she is your best partner.
