Buyer reviewThomas Payne excelled at customer service. Its rare today, especially in the real estate world when things have been very active. We had a number of agents that we met at open houses that expressed a desire to help find something that suited our needs yet none followed through. Thomas contacted us several times with potential homes. Finally Thomas found one for us that he thought would be a good fit. And it was. It took a lot of time and effort on his part to keep looking for us. Thomas was always easy to reach. Quick to return texts, calls and emails. We needed to get in the property a number of times and he was always very willing to work with our schedules. All in all ,if you need an agent that you feel is putting you at the top of the list and not the bottom we would recommend Thomas. We have sold a property and purchased a property with his help and we refer our friends and family to him.
