Seller reviewTim Lalk was recommended by my son, who knows him from church. When Tim was first working on his license, he asked for permission to practise pricing etc on my property. A year or so later, when I decided to sell my property, I called Tim. Tim is very personable and very caring as well as knowledgeable. Tim is honest and will tell you up front his thoughts , suggestions and reservations. Tim does not push you into a house that will benefit his pocketbook, but tries to meet your requirements and wishes. Tim is low key, no pressure and patient. If and when I need to sell I will call Tim Lalk .I have recommended Tim Lalk to friends and aquaintance because I think he is excellent in his job.

Tim will happily explain as many times as you need ; he treats every question with respect. He is very good in understanding your idea of a dream house. He brings suggestions that meet your needs, he does not try to push you into a property just to get a sale. He is personable and friendly, he makes you feel like you are his only client. Tim reminds you of all the things you need to do ex: house insurance, utilies, address change, contacting the county . First time buyers will find Tim a fount of knowledge.
