We heard about Tim from a direct mail piece we received at our home in PA. The advert was well done and we held on to it since we knew the property would likely be sold. Our family (in laws and other married) was contacted about the property and we tried to determine if it would be used by family. Interest was low in using the property, so we decided to sell. We contacted Tim, and he was a good (actually a great) fit for us. Tim knew the building, and we hit it off immediately. Tim has a great personality, is very knowledgeable and made us feel like he would do a great job selling the condo. We are very happy with the sale and Tim exceeded our expectations. There were a couple of situations early on that caused the sale to go longer, but if the first contract had gone to closing, we would have seen the property sold within days of listing. ,As you know, not every prospect leads to a sale. Tim worked extremely well for us. We could not be happier with Tim. We dealt with Tim Parr exclusively. Tim Parr facilitated the sale in an excellent manner. We still feel he worked very hard at keeping us in the loop.
