Tim was goood at suggesting potential homes and why/why they not they might work. Once I found my perfect home he was very helpful in helping me complete all the necessary task and finding the right people to accomplish those task. Seller reviewI am so glad to have Tim with me for my first house purchase here, for the condo I bought in April, and then selling the first house in August ( closed in September). He asked questions, clarified, gave his input on inspections and offers, worked hard helping me get the place ready to sell, and make sure the sellers of the condo took care of some issues too, before closing.
