Todd McCauley is the owner / agent of CENTURY 21 Eagle Rock, a full-service real estate brokerage in Eagle, Idaho. He was raised in Eagle and graduated from Centennial High School in 1989. After graduating with an under graduate degree in business management, Todd worked for an international marketing research firm, Wirthlin Worldwide as a Project Director. He earned an MBA from Northwestern University in Chicago and worked as a Media Consultant in Chicago before returning to Boise in 2005 to open Eagle Rock Properties.

He is patient and will show as many homes as needed in order to find what is best for you. He worked for a year and showed us over 60 houses. He never lost his positive attitude or his enthusiasm. Todd answered the phone, responded to texts and emails promptly, giving expert advice while encouraging me to make the final decisions. With Todd you get his team too, Vicki Kondracki and Ruthie Palmatier complete the dream team. Vicki helped me with referrals for home repairs and was quick to offer support in many ways and Ruthie was always available for any questions I had about the paperwork. Having this team during this emotional process was a godsend, Selling a house while you are out of state adds a layer of stress, but with Todd, Vicki and Ruthie on the job I was confident of a good outcome. I highly recommend Todd Mccauley and his team, they are knowledgeable, experienced, attentive and professional.
