I live 100 miles from the property sold, so she was my eyes and ears for all aspects of the preparation for sales, showings, and sale of the home. She recommended trusted contractors to prepare the home for the sale. And, she managed the contractors in my absense. She was available when I needed her. The end result was the home was sold quickly for a price that was good for me! She attended the closing meeting with the attourneys even though I told her it was not required. I highly recommend her!
