Seller reviewToni went above and beyond what a normal realtor would do. She helped us on how to navigate how to do a notice to vacate with our renters and she at that point didn't even have a realtor contract. Once Toni Scott Layne had a signed contract the house had a contract in five days above asking price. I had to go out of town for three weeks and Toni Scott Layne helped my husband navigate how to get contractor's on work that needed to be done to finalize the sell. Toni Scott Layne was with us every step of the way to make the sell of the house easy. Highly and I mean highly recommend Toni Scott Layne
