Buyer reviewDespite all the high and lows that came with looking for a home in the middle of 2021, Tony Spratt's help, insight, and expertise was invaluable in finally landing the perfect home for our family. From the very beginning Tony was intent in truly understanding what we we looking for which translated in no wasted house-viewing trips. On these trips his insight and expertise showed through as he would point out the good, the bad, and the ugly (if applicable) of any properties we would see which gave us peace of mind in knowing we were armed with as much knowledge we could prior to making an offer and removing as many unknowns as possible. While under contract Tony was working behind the scenes to make sure our closing went through without a hitch diligently going over all documents between parties making sure all was good all the while keeping crystal clear communication with us through the entire process. While the transaction is done and we're now happily settled at home, we know if and when we need a realtor again, we'll definitely be calling up Tony Spratt.
