Seller reviewTracey was always professional. Compared to the other 2 realtors we met with, she had the knowledge of the area. And she presented a thorough marketing plan; was very honest. Since our Dad's home was ~2 hours from where we lived, Tracey was extremely helpful in getting someone to install the smoke alarms and handled the CO herself. This was important to us since we could not get to the house as readily as we would like due to the distance and our own jobs. Very impressive The overall experience was great. Tracey always kept in communication with us via either text, phone or email Tracey quickly set up an Open House and provided a report on the number of attendees and their thoughts on the house.
