She is a seasoned veteran who has her finger on the pulse of the market. Traci educated us on how much to ask for the house. She provided us with recent sales and explained how they compared to our house. Traci educated us that houses that were 10 years older than ours had already received a new roof and new HVAC, and our house still had the originals. Not all agents will give you this education. Because of this education, we did not overprice the house, and this was a factor that helped us attract potential buyers to view our house. Thank you Traci!
