Buyer reviewTraci was able to work with me schedule, coming from out of town, to schedule showings of relevant properties. She was able to relate the different neighborhoods to each other and the surrounding areas to give me a good idea of commute and other nearby amenities. Traci also listened carefully to what was important to me so that she could communicate concerns I might have about a property while I was still out of state and I was able to trust her to do that. She helped me figure out reasonable offers and counter offers to land us in a great home for the next stage of our life and followed up afterward about the condition of the home and make recommendations for who to contact to make changes. 10/10, no notes.

While I had a preapproval and a house and area in mind, I had zero experience in home buying and my spouse was overseas on deployment. Traci guided me through each step of the process, answering all my random questions and even making sure I could relay the information back to my husband. I had heard nightmares about home buying, but the buying process was simple. I knew when we sold our home in 2024, Traci was the only realtor I would work with. I kept her up to date on the work we did to the house over the years (knowing it was not our forever home) and when we started the selling process, Traci arrived ready with local comps and recent length of sales in the area. She knew we were in a sweet spot where our house would attract potential buyers fast. We had 4 offers in 36 hours and it came down to a Thanksgiving Eve bidding war.
