With over 30 years of experience in the administrative side of real estate, legal offices, and municipal housing programs-including rental and vacant property management-I bring a deep understanding of the process and a strong foundation of knowledge. Now, I'm thrilled to step into sales and put that experience to work for you. This transition has been a long time coming, and I'm proud to say: "The kids are out-I'm stepping out on my own!"
My husband, Tex, and I have been married for over three decades. We're proud parents of three children-Kelsey, Krista, and TJ. Our home is also filled with the love of several pets. In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog at Austintown Township Park, staying active in my church, and spending time with my family. While my children were in school, I was deeply involved in the PTA and the Fitch Soccer Booster Club.

Buyer reviewTracy knows this market really well and has a lot of experience with the property types I was interested in. Some minor repair work needed didn't scare her away from showing like some other broker agents I dealt with. Tracy did a great job reassuring me through this process. I'll probably be the client that was most difficult to close with! Of course due to a lot of crazy circumstances. These circumstance could only be described as a "Tracy Story." Tracy is great at what she does. I wouldn't be surprised if she switches to it full time soon. I couldn't find a realtor who understood my preferences for a home better.
