Tresa Hunter is a dedicated REALTOR® with CENTURY 21 First Choice Realty, proudly serving Tulsa and the surrounding areas of Northeast Oklahoma. Licensed in 2021, Tresa quickly found her stride in real estate, a career that felt like a perfect fit after years of personally buying, selling, and moving homes with her husband, David. Over 28 years, the two have moved approximately 18 times, fueling their shared love for real estate and home design. Tresa often jokes they probably missed their calling as builders. What truly drives Tresa is her love for people and homes. She believes real estate offers the best of both worlds and has built her career on service, consistency, and purpose. In 2024, she earned the CENTURY 21® Diamond Producer Award, a prestigious honor recognizing top-performing sales associates who demonstrate exceptional success and leadership in the industry. She has also received consecutive Quality Service Pinnacle Producer awards since affiliating with CENTURY 21® in 2022, as well as the Rising Star Award for the Tulsa branch office. Buyer reviewI meet Tresa when our boys played football together. She is not only a great realtor but a wonderful friend, and a very kind and caring person. She was very helpful in finding available homes, even though we were not ready to buy until our previous home had sold. She is very knowledgeable about the different neighborhoods in Jenks. When we found the house we purchased, she was on top of all the negotiations. She gave us some advice, but was never pushy. She is now trying to find a home for my mother in law. It's no surprise to me that she is a top realtor! She's a real go getter!

Buyer reviewMy husband and I have been looking for Our Home for quite a while. When we were ready to hunt, we had come across a place. But, timing just wasnt there, and it wasnt quite what we wanted. We ended up renting an apt. for a year. But then we were ready again. We found another place. Not quite what we wanted, but we were ready to have our own home. We were gonna settle for it, but after inspection, just not at all what we wanted. We pulled out because it just wasn't Our Home. As my husband said, someone had just "Spit shined a turd". We were discouraged about our hunt, but then, WE FOUND OUR HOME. When we told Tresa it was everything we have been waiting for, she was determined to make it happen. She and the entire Hunter Team were superb! They did what they had to to get us what we wanted. God knew our hearts desires. He brought our paths together for this journey. This Home. This deal. We are beyond blessed Tresa was on our team. She's excellent at, and passionate about what she does.
