I am an eager and knowledgeable Real Estate Broker. I service customers best within a 30 square mile radius of Melrose, FL. I grew up in the "Lake Region" and am very passionate about both Lakefront and Waterfront property as well as home ownership and property investment. Studies have shown that living near a natural landscape or water body promotes health, happiness and well-being. I consider myself an expert in the best lakes our little "Slice of Paradise" has to offer. I am also pursuing a degree in Building Construction to further assist my customers in home buying and selling. Seller reviewI'm an out of state owner and needed to rely heavily on the agent chosen to provide pricing and other advice. Trey Fields was excellent! He regularly communicated, effectively handled 2 different negotiations and expertly explained and managed all necessary paperwork. I would highly recommend him. This was not a particularly expensive piece of property. Nonetheless Trey went above and beyond to get the property sold rapidly at near full price.
