Welcome to beautiful Rhode Island and Century 21 Topsail Realty! As a member of the Century 21 Team, I am always happy to help. I love working with buyers and sellers and can handle all of your rental needs as well. I have lived in Portsmouth for 40 years and have been in Real Estate since 1985. I'm married with three children who graduated from the Portsmouth Public Schools and attended college. Portsmouth is a wonderful community and a great place to raise a family and call home.

She presented us with very good comp info and we were able to determine an appropriate house price. Trish always responded to emails, texts and phone calls very promptly and was honest and dependable. We felt very comfortable with having her for our agent.

Always respectful and very knowledgeable, returns all calls promptly and takes the time to explain the process and answer questions and never in a rush to end a conversation. With Trish's help I sold my house for more than my bottom line, would recommend Trish to anybody who is looking for a top notch broker.
