Seller reviewI walked into the C21 office with no appointment and met Val. Within 5 minutes I knew that she would be my realtor. She was energetic, engaged and understood exactly what I needed. I live in Arizona and needed to sell my mother's home in Pennsylvania. She understood my situation and wasted no time getting to work. She was energetic, engaged and knewnexactly what I needed. Val worked fast and efficiently to get a sale done at a great price. The house went on the market on a Thursday. There were 2 showings on Friday and 2 offers by Monday. She also was a HUGE help in clearing the house of furniture and housewares to various charities in the area. She handled all the inspections and a couple repairs. I can't say how lucky I feel to have met Val when I walked into the C21 office.
