Seller reviewWorking with Verna was a pleasure from start to finish. Knowledgeable, professional, and hard working, she delvoped an excellent plan for marketing our home. All of this resulted in a quick sale in a tough market. Just as important to us was the rapport we had with Verna. We truly felt we gained a friend throughout the selling process. She was a huge help to us to navigate the emotional rollercoaster of selling our house. Entering into this process, this was something we weren't even aware we needed, but as we went along, this proved to be so important to both my wife and myself. Verna was wonderful throughout the entire process. We're glad our house is sold, but we're going to miss Verna!

Buyer reviewMeeting V was such a pleasure. We live in MA and had been looking at Horizon Village in the past, and on a trip to visits friends we had almost given up. We saw the for sale sign and contacted V, she also had been the realtor for other friends in the park and low and behold she responded immediately and walked 2 very nervous prospective buyers and made them feel completely in good hands!! She went above and beyond and made the transaction seamless. We Loved our experience and we also feel we have made a new friend!!

Seller reviewThis is the second property Verna "V" Regler has sold for us in the past 1 1/2 years, and as with the first, we were extremely impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, client focus, communication level, and skill in navigating the process to be a win-win for all parties involved. Trying to sell a property 1,500 miles away from ones home state in a buyer's market can be challenging, but "V" kept in continual communication with us and also used her vast network of professionals to help us get some needed work done at the property. We would highly recommend "V" to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in Southwest Florida.
