One day my wife called him after thinking about selling our house and buying a bigger and nicer home for the family and Veronico made it happen! He was very friendly, polite, patient, and has a lot of knowledge of what he's doing. We got an offer within a week of putting our house in the market, and not just that but also was able to purchase our new house that same week we got the offered accepted! He did the best he could to be able to close both houses the same day and it went successfully! Definitely recommend Veronico Encarnacion to anyone buying or selling their house! He was the first agent to phone me the same day on that Saturday morning. I am very satisified with Veronico Encarnacion for his knowledge, understanding, and friendliness. He quickly found a responsible buyer. He helped me with me in negotiation with the buyer. Then he helped me with contract signing, the required property documents and legal paperwork. The closing process was very rapid. He also helped me in coordination with Mr. Delk, the chief escrow agent for closing the sale at the Designated Title company.
