In 1996 I obtained my Broker's License, but have chosen to affiliate with Century 21 Select as an Associate-Broker, Realtor. During my real estate career I have been a salesperson, a recruiter, a trainer, an instructor, a manager, a mentor and back to full time sales, which include both listing and selling properties. I have sustained my career during a 17% interest rate market and enjoyed the all time low interest rate market of 3.125%. When I first entered real estate the only product was a 30-year fixed rate mortgage. Now the market has many options.. I have also experienced the foreclosure and short-sale markets of the early 1990's and guided my clients through both the purchases and sales of these types of challenges.

Seller reviewbusiness relation with Mrs. Vicki Henderson, I would place her in the highest echelon of real estate agents. During the almost 3 months of the process of selling my property she has been so patient, considerate and extremely (in my opinion) knowledgeable in her role as a real estate agent. As this if the my first instance to sell a property, I exhibited anxiety and uncertainty in going through the process. Mrs. Henderson put my concerns at ease by her kindness and caring attitude; going over details and explaining to me what need to be done and what I should expect. I would offer my opinion or she would make a suggestion/recommendation for discussion helping me along to make the right decision. Her compassion and dedication in helping me was very commendable. I, most certainly, will recommend her to other sellers.
