Mrs. Vickie puts your wants and needs and opinions first and makes sure she gives you the repect and full service you deserve. She also is very knowlegable when things that arent common pop up that can slow the process she finds a way to not let it interfere with the time of purchase. Also she is excellent with service after the sale. If I ever sell or buy again i WILL ONLY USE VICKIE PERKINS as my realtor!

My sisters and I inherited our childhood home after our parents died. So it was already an emotional situation, and it was my first time selling a home. Vickie stepped in and assured me she'd get our house sold. She clearly explained the selling process and steps in doing so. If I had any questions she'd get back with me immediately. She's great at communicating promptly. Vickie is so resourceful at recommending people to help with yard work, house-cleaning and repairs. When things were ready, she didn't waste any time getting pictures taken and putting the house on the market. When it listed, the way she described our house was so appealing. She pointed out all the features in such a positive way. We got offers in 2 days! The best offer went under contract, and then we closed in 6 weeks! Vickie made everything so easy and hassle free.
