When I contacted Betty about the sale of our home on Insignia Drive in Herrin, Betty recommended Jean and Vicky. We interviewed 2 other agents from different agencies. We were most impressed with Vicky and Jean. We dealt mostly with Vicky. She was confident from the first day that our house would sell for top dollar and sell quickly. She was right. We had a contract within a few weeks. Vicky put our minds at ease by telling us to not worry unless she was worried. :)...and she was never worried. We can't say enough good things about Vicky and Jean and would highly recommend them to anyone. They are both kind, compassionate, hard working women that would be a huge asset to any company.

She provided recommendations for excellent local professionals to help with the packing, cleaning, painting, and electrical updates and oversaw their work, so I could feel confident that my mom's belongings and home were safe and being well taken care of. Once the house was on the market we received an offer on the first day, a testament to her knowledge of the comps market.
