This was my first time purchasing a home, and I shared that with Victor early on. I had many questions not to be rude, but to understand the process especially since I didn't know the difference between buying a new build and a pre-owned home. At first, Victor was responsive and friendly, but toward the end, I felt more like a transaction than a client. I also had to handle most communication with the home representative myself, including learning about the inspection process, which I didn't know as a first-time buyer. Another concern was that Victor misspelled my name several times, and though he said it was an autocorrect issue, it continued to happen. I appreciate that he helped me close quickly, but the follow-through wasn't consistent. I'm sharing this as constructive feedback, not criticism.
