Seller reviewWe felt Virgil really understood the current (and quickly changing!) market in our area. And because he was always so available with our questions and concerns along the way, the whole process went very smoothly, from our point of view. He was also very good and handling all the negotiations during the whole process so it was basically a "hands off" event; which is basically what we wanted.

Mr. Martin was a calming factor in the sometimes stressful purchase of real estate. His no-pressure approach to viewing Twain Harte cabins was great. I especially appreciate his manner of just showing the various properties and not trying to sell me on them. He made it clear he was there to help me select what worked for me and my family. I would recommend Virgil Martin to friends and will use his services again in the future. I feel like I have a friend in Twain Harte!

We were moving to a new area so he's been a wealth of knowledge regarding the area, and things we would have to deal with (well water, septic, propane, etc). I can't say enough good things about Virgil. We are planning to purchase another house and will definitely use him again.

Even after selling our house Virgil was still available to assist with contacting contractors and answer questions about future purchases. He is by far the best Agent I have used to date.
