She made me truly feel like someone I can confide in and trust to make my big purchase an easy one. She never made me feel like she only cared about her commission. She was always so attentive and honest which I appreciated because it helped me understand the process better. She always had a positive attitude and made me feel like i was making the right decision even when I wasn't too sure.
