Our entire experience with Wanda was professional,friendly,knowledgeable,welcoming and kind. My husband and I have been poking around the beautiful lakes area for awhile and decided to get serious about a property. Our family in the area referred Wanda to us via neighbors of theirs. Wanda provided exceptional service for the recent sale of my mother-in-laws cabin at Voyager Village. We first contacted Wanda last summer prior to my mother-in-laws passing for an appraisal since we thought we were going to sell it to my brother-in-law's friend. She did a very thorough appraisal. My bother-in-law's friend ultimately decided to pass on it so we contacted Wanda to help us get it on the market and get it sold. We live about two hours away so it was important for us to have someone we could trust and Wanda was that person. She worked with us to find someone to help haul junk away and get it ready for sale. It hit the market and sold a few days later for over the asking price. We were elated. We closed on the property and we can now close out the estate.
