I would not hesitate to recommend Wanda to my friends and family. She is so caring and really listens to what you are saying when you look at a property. She remembers things that you did and did not like and uses that information to help guide you on your search. She points out things that you might not think of when purchasing a vacation home. As I have mentioned before, she truly cares about her clients and goes the extra mile!

This was our first time in selling property and having Wanda Boldon as our sales representative was a very satisfying experience. She was available to answer any questions we had from the stipulations of signing a sales contract to suggestions on how better to present our properly for the best exposure. She has an inimitable quality that makes you feel like you are her most important client when in reality you know that she is selling properties for other clients as well. We were very impressed with her attention to detail; her follow-up with important documents in the closing and most of all in her hard work and belief in making us feel that we had the right buyer for our place of 29 years. We appreciate how quickly Wanda sold our property and handled all details to make it go smoothly. It is great to have someone who knows what they are doing and takes the pressure off of the sellers, especially when we are 100+ miles away.

Wanda was very enthusiastic about selling our house. Her ideas re some staging were most appropriate & refreshingly new to us & much appreciated. She has excellent insight for presenting rooms so others could envision their use. We did not experience that with any previous Realtors. The marketing strategy she presented was excellent. Having all Realtors tour the new homes is a plus so all are at least familiar with the listings in case listing Realtor not available when prospective buyers call. Also Wanda focused on our house. The land/outbuildings would pretty much thrrefore b a bonus for the men...in my female opinion & experience "if the woman likes the house the place will sell!" Wanda's recommendations of staging of rooms provided newer pictures for online viewing. Also we allowed bedroom & bathrooms pictures with her sales & her pictures were excellent for others to see. Well done in all areas. We have & will continue to recommend Wanda to others wanting to sell or buy. She kept us updated constantly which I much appreciated. So we were in the know all the time & she was very encouraging to us. Just very thankful to have had Wanda represent us. Excellent all the way around. A+ !!!

Previously addressed. Wanda is the best. Her team is the greatest. I would definitely recommend her services and as previously stated, wish her area of responsibility was more wide ranging.

It was an emotional decision to sell our cabin that we loved, but Wanda was patient, understood where we were at, and looked out for our interest. She's just such a quality broker, and individual.
