It's an honor to show my thanks to military families for their service & sacrifice by eliminating the stress, concerns, issues with another move to a new area. I firmly adhere to the standard of providing excellent service in all aspects related to the move for e.g. Communities, schools, transportation restraints and desired amenities that meets the needs of the family. My passion is to ensure the home selected meets over 90% of their criterion where I painstakingly make adjustments, recommendations and exhibit the skills and patience until the client is truly happy with the choice made.

Seller reviewI had 2 agents before Wayne. Neither could compare to him, not by a long shot. He was very thorough, he made SURE any potential buyer for my property showed proof of funds in order for us to even consider entertaining an offer, which was critical. He walked through my house and scanned it from top to bottom, looking for what needed to be repaired, upgraded, or improved. He then provided pictures and descriptions of what needed to be done. He didn't miss a spot! I did all that he suggested and it all paid off. He was extremely patient, polite, ethical (had a huge passion for adhering to the boundaries of ethics), and professional.

He was extremely knowledgeable when it came to helping to explain the rules and regulations of the home buying process. After finding a HUD home, Mr. Reid navigated through the HUD purchasing process which is complicated and confusing. I really appreciate his attention to detail and making sure all of the paperwork was prepared on time and submitting it online which I learned is key to bidding on a HUD home. I highly recommend Mr. Reid. No matter what time of the day I called he always answered every phone call and question I had explaining everything that was going on throughout the process of purchasing this home.
