Hello, If you're here you are searching for an expert to help you in your home buying search, I hope! First, let me say that you have found "A REAL PROFESSIONAL", congratulations. What would you do if your Loan officer repeatedly failed you? What would you do if you had a unique home purchasing situation that required expert attention to detail, outstanding "Customer Service", and constant communication? What would you do if you were searching for a home in a highly competitive area with low inventory levels? Well, my family and I can tell you that if you didn't contact Mr. Wayne "No Pain" Reid you would probably not find that dream home in the area that you desired. We spent seven months in total with Wayne in search of our new home. From the very beginning it was a challenge. In short it started with our loan officer not accurately handling and explaining our documents. We eventually ended up replacing this person. Next, our criteria for our home was very sensitive, more specifically we wanted a decent amount of flat land, at least .030 acres and at least 2500 Sq. Ft. of living space. In the end Wayne, not only helped us find the correct acreage, but we ended up in 4250 combined Sq. Ft. and in our desired location. Wayne really caters to all of his clients with outstanding customer service. If you are so fortunate as to retain Mr. Reid's services, you can expect to be treated as a V.I.P. During our home search Wayne had to go out of town for a weekend, but before he left he made sure that we had another agent setup to continue to show us homes. Despite the fact that we went out with this agent to see some homes, we missed the feedback, insights that Wayne always gave us. I believe at this point That Wayne had raised the bar so high that we had become spoiled to a certain standard that only he could deliver. We ended up trusting Wayne like one would trust a Lawyer in court. We didn't make a move without consulting with him first. Wayne stayed in constant communication with my wife and I through email, messenger, and by phone. We went out week after week and even when things seemed slow, Wayne was there to provide in depth insight and out of the box methodologies to help us to refine our searches and stay the course. At one point in particular we were ready to simply settle on an average home because we thought that we'd never get what we wanted. Wayne could have simply put in the contract and ran away with his commission. Instead Mr. Reid redirected us back to our initial desires for a home and with his help we passed on that home and kept looking and it really paid off. Wayne also helped us to better understand what our loan officer should have. I still believe considering all of the insight that Wayne provided on our loan documents that he should have received the commission that was paid to the loan officer as well, sorry Wayne if I could have gotten that done for you, I would have.
