It was our extreme pleasure to work with Wen Fernandez. She made the whole experience easy and painless. We had seen her signs around the neighborhood, and she had a very good reputation in our community for her knowledge of the homes and her sales success rate. From the day she came over to the house to do the listing, through the entire process, she continued to be nothing but professional, friendly and courteous making the transaction and transition seamless. We have dogs, and she always took them into consideration to make it an easy on all of us, keeping the stress level at a minimum. Wen even brought them gifts at closing which was incredibly sweet!
