Seller reviewFrom the Century 21 web site, I could see that Wendy Wright is a top performer in the office. I was managing the sale from Massachusetts and Wendy was most responsive and very adept with electronic mechanisms for exchanging contractual information. She was very responsive to my messages and emails any day of the week. I don't often (ever) give straightline "excellents" in ANY feedback survey. But I can honestly say that I couldn't find any room for improvement in Wendy's interactions with me. Wendy was spectacular in every way. Wendy had two offers for the house within 9 days of assuming the listing from another agent. I couldn't ask for more. Toward the end of excrow, there were two problems needing repair. Given that I'm in Massachusetts, I was relieved and very grateful at the level of "above & beyond" service that Wendy provided in supervising the necessary fixes and alleviating any concerns with the buyers. Simply "outstanding" service.
