Seller reviewI can't believe how lucky I was to connect with Whitni Scott. I searched the internet for a broker who is familiar with property in Indiana, and Whitni was the first to respond when I sent out emails to those I found. She understood very well my needs and goals for selling the property, and she worked directly toward those goals. I was somewhat concerned about selling property in Indiana while I am living in Arizona, but Whitni guided everything through smoothly. She clearly is an expert in the business. She anticipated what steps needed to be taken and papers needed to be signed, and she didn't waste any time. Whitni more than earned her commission on the sale by guiding me to a higher value for the property than I expected, obtaining offers quickly (within two days), guiding negotiation of the counter offer to solidify that offer, and carrying through with the buyer and the closing. It was clear that she always had my best interests and protection in mind. She also went above and beyond the call of duty and found some personal papers left on the property that she sent to me. Five stars all the way across the board for Whitni. She is both professional and personable. Whitni was outstanding in guiding me through the process. I would recommend Whitni to anyone.
