William Catlett was very dedicated in helping me with the process of buying my home. He met all needs and requirements and he got everything we needed to get done expeditiously. I started my home buying process at the end of 2016. One of my best friends worked with Will and he was highly recommended, so I decided to contact him and see if he would be able to assist me. After all, purchasing a house is a BIG DEAL. We had a meet and greet at a local Dunkin Donuts in my neighborhood and he basically told me a little about his self and what he does and asked what I was looking for. He seemed pretty cool so I decided to move forward with Will by my side. He set me up with a portal to look at houses and he searched based off my wish list for my first home. Will worked around my schedule so we looked at houses once or twice a week. Once he got a feel for what I liked and didn't like he was able to show homes that were suitable for ME. Also, he never pressured me to sign with him. We viewed several homes before I decided to hire Will as my agent.He encouraged me to keep looking even if I saw something I fell in love with. One Saturday evening we view a big blue house and it was perfect, but somebody else had a cash offer. I was a little sad, but Will encouraged me to keep looking because just like we found that house there would be others.We looked at 20 or more houses and I was getting TIRED LOL. I had about 3 houses that I could see my self living in, but something told me to keep looking. I was at work one Saturday and came across a beautiful home I had to see. I knew Will had a family function so I asked if we could see it during the week, but he told me we were going to see it that day. I was pretty excited. We walked in the house and I fell in love. We discussed an offer and by the end of the week The house was off the market and a month later I'm enjoying my new home. Thanks Will, you're the best
