Buyer reviewMr Walton-Dean is the kind of agent who makes you feel like you've known him all of your life and would consider his communication skills and knowlwdge as if he was a cllose family member. He's a real go-getter! He takes his clients satisfaction and expectations personal. Once you tell him what you like, dislike, and what you're looking for, he knows exactly where to to go. He's constantly on his phone and tablet even during a showing looking for the next property in the event you're not completely satisfied with the one he's showing you at the moment. He even gives you a heads-up about the next proprty before you leave the current one and will say something like, "follow me." My wife and I consider him to be very respectable, courteous, professional anmd attentative to your needs. He rates an 11 on our scale! Norris & Gail

Seller reviewWilliam delivered in every facet of the transaction. He walked me through all the documents and terminology before listing and we both aligned on a strategy to go to market. He provided photography and videography of the property as part of his service to take one less thing off of a seller's to-do list. Once on the market, he was attentive and provided feedback from showings almost immediately and followed up with any pivots in strategy or recommendations for the next showing. During the negotiation process, he used his knowledge and expertise to help explain to me the differences between the offers from potential buyers. He took the time to explain the pros and cons and caveats of each offer and his recommendation, but ultimately left it up to me to decide, which I appreciated. Once we accepted an offer, he made sure the finish line to the closing process was seamless and stressless as possible. His strength his he truly wants his clients to be at ease and satisfied and it shows.
