Cory, Eric and I ran into a few non-customary bumps (not of their doing) in the road along the way to our sale, but Cory always found the silver lining, with reassurance and humor! Cory and Eric also swiftly addressed the bumps as they arose and they worked diligently to resolve them just as quickly. Cory and Eric are a powerful team! Seller reviewCory Comeau is an experienced realtor. He worked with us as well as watching similar homes on the market in suggesting the asking price and choosing a listing date. I believe the house showed 17 times in the first couple of days on the market. He coordinated all those showings perfectly with us and other realtors. Cory is very curious and asks a lot of questions to learn what you as the homeowner want from your sale. He's very honest and doesn't want to misrepresent any information Jan to prospective buyers. We appreciated that. Super friendly and great guy! Cory was also always available.
