Seller reviewWe met Gary through family when we were just enteringg the market looking for an income property. He was patient, hard-working and PRESENT for us when we came to town to look and buy. He was shrewd during closing and also flexible in order to get the deal done. He held our neophyte hands through purchasing, renovating, renting, finding a new tenant and then ultimately selling our upscale, downtown condo for a profit when the time was right for us. I couldn't recommend Gary enough, he is not just good at his job, he really cares about your journey and that you feel taken care of throughout. He is authentic, and puts the energy out to create a real relationship outside of business, by showing up to events or extra meetings that he sees no financial gain from. Ultimately he is a joy to work with, he has a good sense of humor, is calm, knowledgeable, experienced, but also loyal and taking care of his clients is his priority as opposed to just getting a deal done. We felt safe with Gary, we made money, and could not recommend anyone more.
