Gary Angstadt is a great realtor. He knows the town of Zionsville very well and knows just about everyone in it. That makes him a good recourse for a lot of info. He is kind and timely on his promises. He had several open houses and had a positive attitude which you really need when selling a house. He came highly recommended by just about everyone.

Scott Lindsay was absolutely integral to our purchase a home that we absolutely love! The neighborhood that we were targeting was incredibly difficult to get into as houses were being sold within hours of going on the market. We found Scott through family members who had also worked with him and we are so glad we did. If we had not worked with Scott, it would have been very challenging to have secured a house in the neighborhood we wanted. He is incredibly responsive which is a must in a market with fast moving properties. We also ran into a situation we had not expected in our offer process, and through quick thinking and experience, Scott was able to expertly negotiate a solution with the buyer's agent. His efforts through the remainder of the process up until the close were also exceptional. As noted previously, we appreciated Scott's availability for showings, negotiations, etc. In our home buying process, he recognized how quickly houses were moving in our targeted neighborhood and always communicated his schedule with us. We are very thankful for Scott's adept ability to work in situations that are fast paced and deadline oriented. These attributes made all the difference in finding a home we love!
