He was always available for a question, no matter the day or time. He was extremely encouraging when the first house we found fell through and was always proactive with anything we needed. Seller reviewWe followed the local sales in the neighborhood and CENTURY 21 Scheetz appeared to have very good success selling, and in particular Gary appeared to be a local expert in selling houses in the Zionsville village area. Gary is a consummate professional, and we were delighted with the entire process from start to finish. He was always available to answer our questions, and worked diligently to give our house the best exposure to prospective buyers. He also represented us at closing, as we were already moved by then. I was particularly happy that he was able to negotiate an earlier settlement, since the original date chosen by the buyers would have left the house empty for almost 3 weeks. I consider Gary to be a great resource for understanding the real estate market in Zionsville. His years of experience and outstanding network make the process painless and seamless.
