It is rare these days to find someone who will do everything that they promise without constant reminders. We never had to worry about anything with Scott. He has always guided us without pushing, has maintained patience and warmth even when we get a bit emotional, and has helped us to find good deals that benefit us. He helped us buy, renovate and sell a condo downtown for a profit, and we returned to him again to buy a downtown duplex that needs some work. We met him through a recommendation, and continue to recommend him to family and friends in the area. He's smart, thoughtful, kind and professional, but can be firm when he needs to be. And he does so much extra work without mentioning it or even letting you know. He is available to anything that is needed to get the deal closed, without any frustration, at purchases of any price. Which isn't alwasy the case with brokers. We love Gary, he feels like family.
