Buyer reviewExtremely responsive. We live in Pennsylvania and were looking for a retirement home in Jacksonville NC. We spotted a house we were interested in on a Saturday. We called Art and he immediately went to the property and took us on a virtual tour. We wanted to make an offer. Without hesitation, Art spent the rest of Saturday making sure our offer was submitted. Art handled it all; sales agreement, deposit check, inspection, survey, arranged to have an Attorney handle closing. I asked if he could arrange to have the air conditioner serviced, not a problem. True professional who gets things done!
