Seller reviewKenneth was originally the property manager of the house we sold with him. He was always extremely responsive to any questions we had during the period of time we rented the house. He took care of the house and only escalated things to myself if it was necessary. That made it an easy decision to list with him. He listed the house at a price point that attracted a lot of attention, the marketing campaign helped get more visibility, and again was highly responsive throughout the whole process. Kenneth concisely presented the offers we had and sold the house within days. There is no doubt I would work with Kenneth again!
